Steps to the Wabash

Help us build steps to the Wabash river down through our wooded bluff. Folks from Immanuel UCC Louisville, Bethany UCC Louisville, St. Luke UCC Decatur, and Zoar UCC of Evansville provided the labor to get us started this Spring.

Merom owns approximately 57 acres of land but due to the steepness of the bluff area we are able to use only 30-35 acres for our ministry. These steps will open up an inaccessible area to our campers, retreaters and other guest. Can you help? We are in need of folks to work and folks to provide funds $$ for lumber and nails as we keep building the Steps to the Wabash.

We have already installed three decks/resting areas and the first run of steps that connect the top deck to the second deck (see pictures below)

Call or email Dale Dressler to find out what we need to do next.
