Historical Council The Merom Conference Center Governing Board is made up of 2 (one clergy and one layperson) members from each of the nine Associations of the Indiana-Kentucky Conference of the United Church of Christ. there are also 3 at Large members and 2 members from each of the three councils (Regional Council, Historical Council and the Friends of College Hall) that are attached to the board.
